They recently held interviews for a brand new role in their company and were thrilled to find the strongest candidate was one of their own.

Courtney Darden joined Brush Country as a Claims Supervisor in 2020. She comes to the table with phenomenal communication skills and an eagerness to learn that will breathe life into her newly created position.

Courtney Darden promoted to Claims Coordinator at Brush Country Claims President and COO Troy Stewart explains why the creation of this role was so important: “We have spent the past several years building out our technology, programs, and service offerings and we have an amazing direction for our company laid out. One missing link we identified in our process was the role of Claims Coordinator. We needed an individual that not only possessed claims handling knowledge, but would be able to clearly understand and communicate service level expectations and claim handling requirements. They would need to aid our recruitment department and assist our directors in ensuring that every person involved in a claim does their part to maximize the customer experience.

We interviewed some great candidates, but ultimately we had the best person for the job already working as a claims supervisor. I would like to congratulate, Courtney Darden in her promotion to Claims Coordinator, she is the perfect fit and a vital piece of our full claims solution puzzle!”

Darden shared her thoughts on her new position:

“It is incredible to see the teamwork and dedication from the field to the supervisors and beyond. Being able to be a part of organizing our team is unlike anything else! I love being able to speak to our field adjusters and supervisors team all day. Brush truly has a service first mentality and I am honored to be able to be a part of it!”
